The ESPN fantasy basketball experts got together for their second mock draft of the 2026-27 NBA season, using a 10-team roto format.

If you're new to fantasy hoops and looking to try it out for the first time, here is a tutorial of all the basics. From there, it's easy to grab a handful of people, set up a draft and have some fun! Before that, though, it's always smart to spend a little time preparing with a mock draft of your own.

When it comes to roto and category leagues, certain players can be ranked differently than points leagues. In particular, that's true of players who excel in some stat categories or, on the flip side, are below average in some categories.

So how far did Giannis Antetokounmpo's poor free throw shooting cause him to fall? Where did Tyrese Haliburton go after missing a full season because of injury?

The participants of our 10-team roto/categories mock were Jim McCormick, Joe Kaiser, Rob Bodenburg, Andre Snellings, Michael F. Florio, Matt Williams, Steve Alexander, Tom Carpenter, Eric Karabell and Eric Moody.
